Age: 3-4 Yrs

Bouncing, spinning, rolling – your children are already natural born gymnasts. So, if you want to help them develop their physical skills, what better place to start. Totnastics teaches your children important skills like balance and co-ordination. With experienced supervision and a playful environment, it’s a great way for them to have fun, build strength and lay the foundations of a healthy active lifestyle, picking up lots of basic skills along the way.

Beginners

Age 5-10 Yrs

One moment you’re upside down, the next you’re demonstrating perfect balance or jumping off a sprung surface. Artistic gymnastics gives you an opportunity to learn up to 4 disciplines; floor, vault, bars and beam and this varies from school to school depending on the equipment available to us. Our club provides a safe, friendly environment with professional coaches to help you learn. Our classes can be adapted to be inclusive for children of all ages and abilities. We will teach your children how to work on their flexibility, core strength, balance, mental focus, discipline and that dedication and practice pays off.

Intermediate

Age: 6-11 Yrs

Everything covered from beginners gymnastics but longer classes for a quicker progression. Our intermediate class is a stepping stone into the Simply Gymnastics academy for your children to be selected to compete for the club. Intermediate classes are 2-hour long for a chance to spend longer improving skills on each discipline.

Artistic Academy

Age: 5 Yrs

Simply Gymnastics competitive squad, these children typically train for a minimum of 4 hours a week in all 4 disciplines; floor,beam, bars and vault. Children are selected to compete against other clubs in the UAE- we follow both USA curriculum and FIG and accept children from 5 years and upwards.

Rhythmic

Age: 5 + Yrs

Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which individuals learn to tumble leap and spin with the use of various apparatus; rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon and freehand. Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics and dance.
