With a career spanning 30 years of teaching gymnastics internationally, the sport is now second nature to Lise. She is supported at Simply Gymnastics by a superpowered team of masterful coaches, hailing from the UK and all over the world.

The curriculum covers all basic tumbles, vaults, balance beam and uneven bars, utilising the equipment available at each venue, with our academy fitted out with Gymnova and AAI equipment at the Simply Gymnastics WAG Club
